What makes Teapigs tea different from others?
We use whole leaf tea, whole herbs, and whole berries. Unlike the 'dust' found in regular paper tea bags, our big leaf tea is handled gently to maintain its shape and flavor, then packed into our signature 'tea temples' which allow the leaves to fully infuse.
Are your tea temples plastic-free and compostable?
Yes! Our tea temples are made from corn starch and are fully industrially compostable. Even our inner clear packaging is made from NatureFlex, a material derived from wood pulp that is home-compostable.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your tea fix sooner. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for food items?
We want you to love your tea. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Due to the nature of food products, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed merchandise.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
How should I store my tea to keep it fresh?
To keep your tea at its best, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Our tins are perfect for storage, but if you use the original cartons, ensure the inner bag is tightly sealed.
